We deliver directly to your villa, hotel, or vacation rental within our service area (see Delivery Areas). We coordinate a delivery window before your arrival and have everything set up and ready — crib made, gear assembled — so it's waiting when you walk in.

Message us before booking. Depending on the size of your order and your travel dates, we may still be able to arrange delivery for an additional fee.

Full refund for cancellations 7+ days before your delivery date. 50% refund for 2–6 days before. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. See our full Rental Agreement for details.

Message us right away — we'll repair or replace it as quickly as possible. This is exactly what our Flex Perk (one free mid-stay swap) is designed for.

You're responsible for the replacement cost of any lost, stolen, or significantly damaged item — normal wear and tear excepted. Full details are in the Rental Agreement you'll review at booking.

Every car seat we rent was purchased new, has never been in a collision, and is within its manufacturer expiration date. We keep purchase records on file. Installation is the guest's responsibility — we provide the manual with every seat.
